Monokali Polypunk

Set in a surreal laboratory on the outskirts of a village in Graubünden, a pharmaceutical company is developing the substance Monokali — a miracle cure for a “fairer” world. But how much uniformity can a society tolerate? Behind a vivid soundscape and a multilingual text, the characters explore their own levels of punk and live out the dream of powerful, rebellious resistance. Monokali Polypunk is a polyphonic and multilingual theater play that addresses global upheavals within a village microcosm.
